Pico Spend Lite

Spending data created in Pico Spend Lite are stored on your iOS device only.

The app itself will send these data to the outside world on your request only in these situations:

If you generate PDF file from your data and then send/share it via email, AirDrop, Messages app or any other option available in iOS activity view.

If you perform iCloud backup from within the app, Pico Spend Lite will send the selected spending data to iCloud servers.
You can delete these data from your iCloud account in Settings app on your iOS device.


Please refer to Apple's terms for privacy, data and data connection usage or any other matter of concern while using iCloud.

Category name for each expense category created/used in the app is stored on device.
For each expense in the app these data are stored on device:

associated category,

amount,

date/time,

note (if any).

Apart from data created by you, Pico Spend Lite stores some configuration settings on your device. These settings are used to provide better user experience by selecting last values that you used in the app for:

domestic currency symbol

date format

reporting periods used (start/end date or number of days)

summary (daily, weekly, monthly, by category) and type of report (PDF, bars, pie chart)

number of reporting periods used (one or two)

data used by currency converter: enabled/disabled, foreign currency symbol, exchange rate, number of decimals used for rounding

flag that new app features were presented to the user on not
